What file formats do you accept for custom designs?We accept a wide range of formats including .ai, .eps, .pdf, and high-resolution .png or .jpg files. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you provide proofs before printing?Yes! We always send a digital proof for your approval before printing. This ensures your design meets your expectations in every detail.

How long does it take to receive my order?Good things come to those who wait? Not here! Once you approve your proof, we immediately send your order to production. Most prints are completed within 1-3 days and are shipped promptly. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Can you help with the design process?Absolutely! Poor design quality leads to poor print results, and we want to ensure your prints look their best. We offer free design support for orders over $500. For smaller orders, if your design isn’t print-ready, we may charge a small design fee to guarantee the highest print quality possible. However, if it’s a small change, we won’t charge you at all.
